Leadership, including executive leadership, is completely lost. No technical knowledge and very disconnected from modern business practices (both technical and non-technical). Also very weird to require a dress code for remote employees... and a lot of emphasis on turning cameras on which I guess I get but still.

The self-insurance offered by the company is average and could be improved. Tuition reimbursement is limited to courses or certifications directly related to your current role, which can restrict opportunities for broader professional growth. Internal advancement can be difficult, as the qualifications required to apply for other positions within the company can be overly strict. Some roles do not receive adequate recognition or compensation. Despite being a nonprofit organization focused on community care, the company does not always demonstrate the same level of support for employees seeking career development within the organization.
