      Pros

      Excellent living definition of team work from President on down. I received 3 raises within a year without requesting one. I worked there 9 months before I heard anyone complain about the workload - very positive environment. Genuine heart to help patients improve health.

      Cons

      Seriously, this is as bad as it gets: the cafeteria has some type of unhealthy infatuation with the use of rosemary.

      Pros

      Worked as a RN. Went as a traveler and stayed. My unit was well supported, the CN3's were supportive and weren't afraid to get their hands dirty. Same for unit managers. Corporate was as good as any of them and bettter than most. They seemed to care, which can be hard to find these days. Pay is fair and willing to pay extra for those really critical shifts. I recommend them all the time and will continue. Self-scheduling. Great seasonal program for those wanting to travel!

      Cons

      Crazy, but really don't have any. Has the normal issues, problem docs here and there but they try to stay on top of it . Charting needs much improvement!
