company politics especially from leadership, there is no transparency from leaders, leaders are willing to throw people under the bus because of cost problem of the company. did not really live by the company values and no integrity with the words they say and what they do, the company have lack work ethics and never felt it as a safe space. leaving this company was the best decision i made
