Pros

Fun place to work, great people to work with. A fairly open attitude towards what language to code in.

Cons

To many systems and services were managed by outside vendors, and quite often critical systems were not updated on a regular basis. I know this was in the process of changing when I left, but by that time it had been going on a bit too long.

Pros

COMPANY & CULTURE VERY LIBERAL Excellent work life balance Managers well empowered to care for employees Good pay Quality benefits, with LOTS of options Company overall willing to learn and change

Cons

COMPANY & CULTURE VERY LIBERAL, with little room for other opinions Work life balance cyclic with VERY busy times and late nights followed by VERY dead times with not much to do besides clean up what was neglected in busy times. Pay is industry average, nothing exciting Benefits are costly to employee Change is SLOW and decision making is bureaucratic Systems are a trainwreck with no solution in sight
