Good salaries for the area, Western MA. Lots of diversity in illnesses cared for. Excellent cardiac dept. ChildrenHospital on campus. Magnet hospital. Teaching hospital.

Cons

Heavy patient loads, pressure to discharge patients, 12-hour shifts turn into 13-14 hours. Ridiculous EMR. Top heavy administration with way too many VP’s.
