      Decent benefit package; cross training in some areas, diverse group of coworkers

      Cons

      Bad management that does not recognize bullying within department and at time actually seemed to encourage the aggressors. Bad team leads who do not support the staff but rather act as conduits to report back to manager. If you say anything remotely negative it gets back to her and she will make your life hell. Limited opportunities for advancement and growth. Fear/retaliation based culture within this department.
