      Great pay and benefits. The organization truly cares about the needs of patients and the community. Nationally recognized in various areas of care and quality. Bright, dynamic next generation leaders in the wings. With an organizational so large, you can move to other departments and divisions without leaving the organization.

      Cons

      Hierarchical and senior leaders are often seen/are disconnected from staff. This in turn results in an environment in some areas, that feel competitive and ego fueled.
