My job for the most part is exciting and fun. I have many close friends at the work place, and I enjoy what I do.

Cons

I feel some days I dont get the respect I deserve from certain departments, We are supposed to all be adults, and we are all there to work together as a team.

Work with great people for the most part, who are always willing to help Cool to work for a teaching hospital and Level 1 trauma center Such a huge hospital, can work in essentially any kind of medicine

Cons

Constantly understaffed Nursing managers are an "old girls club" willing to screw their own unit every time before upsetting another Nursing manager Extreme leftist politics from the top down, hospital literally cares more about pronouns on badges, LGBTQ parades, and Ukraine then their own employees, kind of ironic when the CEO is as big of a privileged straight white male trust fund baby as you will ever find
