Cons

Felt Like an Ant... Nurses have to park in a lot away from the hospital and be shuttled in to work, which adds an additional 15 min to commute one way and in the winter, parking lot is not covered, so you have to shovel out after shift, and only one small open enclosure from the elements that only a few people fit into; Often overwhelming patient to nurse ratios. Was told it would never be more than 5/1, but was regularly 7/1

Cons

Benefits keep getting cut. Employees keep Health New England afloat with outrageous insurance costs. Senior management is absolutely clueless. Like Dilbert, only worse.
