Strong cultural values are obvious throughout the system. They utilize patient-cetnered care models. Baystate health is a pioneer, leading the region in healthcare, they have a strong market hold and will be in business for many years to came. Fantastic benefits.

Amazing staff, great pay, good benefits, they are very understanding if you are furthering your career, love it here

Cons

Very difficult to get hired, HR department is very hard to get through, but if you can get past them then it's all about you and your experience at the manager interview

Baystate provides competitive compensation, and has great employees to work with.

Cons

Baystate has off site parking with crowded bus commutes can increase the time to get to work by nearly 20 min. Poor education is provided for nursing staff.
