Facility is clean. Staff is very team oriented and can get as much help as you need.

Management is all over the place. Scheduling issues can leave understaffed days several times a week

We are glad you are receiving good support from your team and we agree that our housekeeping department does a fabulous job with keeping the facility clean! Scheduling issues become problematic, we agree, when staff call off. Management does have the responsibility to fill the open shifts in order to maintain a very specific staff to resident ratio to avoid being understaffed. There is always room for improvement and we would like to hear the suggestions you have to help us improve. Pros

I was a server. I loved most of the residents, got free food, flexible schedule, fun coworkers, understanding management.

Cons

Stressful when short staffed but if you’re a strong server then you’ll be fine

Baywood offers some great benefits beyond compensation. As important as it is to receive a fair wage, we also offer flexibility, generous PTO with an emphasis on life/work balance. Everyone's needs are different and we hope to be able to satisfy, as much as we can, as many employees as possible.
