Pros
Beacon cares about their residents! There is a tremendous amount of effort put into resident services and the physical upkeep of the property. Sites are well maintained and a commitment to capital investment have set the properties apart from the competition. Engagement events help build relationships and create a great atmosphere for employees. Resident events are often talked about for days after they occur. The events build community!
Cons
Upper Management is always willing to listen and is focussed on streamlining efforts. Recent initiatives will help lessen the administrative work load on the site teams. Beacon employees work hard and are very dedicated to their team and residents. Employees are very respectful of one another and of our residents. I can't think of a con at this time.
