      Pros

      Beacon is a great place to work. The Company has very high standards for the housing it develops and manages. The Company also truly cares about the residents of its communities. The people who work here are friendly, intelligent, hard-working, and ethical.

      Cons

      People work hard at Beacon, but I am satisfied with my work-life balance, which is much better than at my previous company. Vacations and holidays are respected.

      Pros

      I have never worked for a company that cares so much not only for their customers but their employees as well. This company has one of the best managment teams I've seen and I've been in this industry a very long time. For someone who is not afraid of hard work there are so many opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      I've been here almost two years and I have to say I really have not come across any cons to speak of.

      Pros

      Beacon is like a big happy family. They really care for their employees and are always looking for ways to improve as a company. I have hired and recommended several people to Beacon and will continue to do so. I have worked for companies that don't really care what their employees have to say, but Beacon is the total opposite. There is so much opportunity to grow and advance here. I truly love working for Beacon!! My referrals say the same, Beacon is an awesome company to work for!!

      Cons

      A lot of work at times. Sometime I don't think that the Home Office understands at it's entirety what it takes to be at the site level. There's a lot to do on a daily basis, but with hard work and extra hours, it gets done. Despite it all, it's still a great place to work.
