BHSG sought my resume out on Indeed.com and promoted my employment to my now, current employer. I had been actively looking for more than 6 months and while I had a few interviews, they just weren't with the correct situation. BHSG found me, matched me and from first contact to offer it was just a little over a week. I cannot think of anything they could have done better.

Cons

They championed me with my now current employer. There is not one negative thing I can say or one recommendation I can give that would make them better.
