Gave me super applicable skills that have served me well in other recruiting roles. The people I worked with were awesome, management included.

Cons

Grind culture there is not for the weak. Turnover is insanely high, and base pay is very low. Market conditions make commission a lot harder to come by. Never once received a promotion in my 2.5 years despite the highest and consistent metrics on my team. Promotions are awarded by billing numbers, no matter how many qualified candidate submissions you contribute or how consistently you hit your metrics.
