Pros

Ethical, honest, available and inspiring managers. Employees who are driven, collaborative and fun. Extremely hardworking. Amazing culture with generous benefits and perks. Over the top holiday party, trip to Palm Beach for top performers and more.

Cons

You are always working. If you are the type of person that wants to clock in and out, this is not the right place. You are always available for your clients and candidates, but that is the nature of the job.

Pros

Unlimited earning potential, over-the-top outings and events, shopping sprees, company-wide recognition, rewarded generously for hard work, empathetic managers who do the job themselves and understand the nuts and bolts day-to-day challenges, robust back office support, thoughtful staff

Cons

You have to love to work. If you want a 35 hour work week without stress, this isn't the right place. But if you're a top performer, competitive, money-motivated, excited about challenging work, then this place is fantastic.

Just like any other job, it's not for everyone. You have to thrive working at a fast pace under stress, but will be doing so with great people
