Challenging at times, but an overall great company to work for!

Pros

Between the paid holidays, paid time off, sick time and anniversary days, it is difficult to use all of our time off! Great support, growth from within, and an amazing group of professionals to work with. I feel valued and that is huge! My supervisor is fantastic! He listens and provides great feedback and direction.

Cons

Outdated software, but working on changing. Too many manual reports that we have to go to several platforms to obtain, reconcile and update. Need a better platform to work smarter, not harder.

Pros

My regional is amazing, she listens to my concerns, and truly takes into account what I have to say or my opinions. Supports my goals, and is always there when needed. The company in general works to do everything they can to make every employee feel appreciated and to make sure they know that. There has not been a day where I wake up not wanting to come to work. Actually enjoy coming in. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a job they actually enjoy going into! Great benefits, PTO and more included!

Cons

Honestly have not came across any in the 6 months I have worked here. Can be stressful at times but that is any job.
