Pros

Having flexible work hours to begin your day allows employees to set up for success. Providing employees with more days to rest throughout the year other than the typical 6 allows employees to have a better work home balance.

Cons

Communication and changes that occur need to be better.

There is always someone to help, and you don't have to wait long for an answer. Beacon takes pride in their communities, currently have many projects under way for updated offices.

Cons

Would like more classes to take for advancement.
