Beacon offers fantastic work life balance, the opportunity to grow as a marketer, as well as truly feeling like a valued associate to the Beacon family!

Pros

Beacon is a great company to work for! Excellent benefits, realistic and clear expectations, involved and understanding leadership, very generous benefits and paid holidays, and a true work/life balance!

Cons

The software programs are outdated and can make certain tasks more daunting than necessary but process changes are in the works!
