Working for Beacon has been nothing short of amazing! Beacon offers a team environment where everyone is valued and all voices heard. I worked for Beacon prior and came back about a year and a half ago. I am happy and proud to be back working alongside some of the best in our industry. On top of working with an amazing team, Beacon offers a wonderful company culture as well as a very generous benefit package.

Cons

Our software is outdated and not the most user friendly. However, upper management is looking at other options to improve our systems.
