Pros

The people at Beacon Mobility are a huge reason I love my job. The office staff is true to their word to help you with anything you need; if you have concerns, need more training, or have questions, they are your fellow employees, and they help. I've never worked at a place where most of my fellow employees were kind, fun, intelligent, caring, hard-working people. There are people of all shapes, all ages, and all colors; they are very eclectic, and it's beautiful. I love my job!

Cons

The buses have rigid suspension, so there is a lot of bouncing up and down and back and forth. If you are prone to motion sickness, be aware that monitors sit in the back of the bus, so there is no visibility out the front of the bus, just side to side.

Pros

I will say the pros of this job are that you work Monday to Friday, it makes you feel like you are helping God because we are transporting his precious angels, everyone is respectful with each other, they work with you when you need time off or xtra hours, you get to bring their vehicle home with you instead of having to commute everyday, one thing i love is all drivers salute each other when in the road and it makes you feel like we are a big family, also the pay is really good.

Cons

Traffic can be very heavy sometimes and kids get overwhelmed.

By far the best company, doing the right thing, collaborating throughout all levels of the organization, listening to the employees, showing that the company cares for the employees, and having fun providing the best service.

Cons

The only con is there isn't enough space for more pros. It's that good!!!
