Excellent Training Program & Paid During The Process The Management Team Has Professional & Very Experianced People On It & They Want You To Susceed There Are Different Departments & Opportuinities So There Is Room To Advance & They Promote From Within

Due To The Unknown/Not Known That Comes With The Job They Can Keep You On For Up To 1-Hour Beyond Your Shift End Time But You Do Get Paid For It!

Company on the move and you are allowed to make a difference. Not caught up in Corporate BS and you don't spend your day on meaningless calls listening to people that like to hear themselves talk. Something to be said for a Company with 18k employees with no corporate office.

Cons

Growing so fast that sometimes it's hard to keep up.

Each and every morning we wake up knowing that the job(s) we do will truly impact the lives of people, many of whom may not have the freedom of movement that most of us enjoy. Every day we help others achieve their goals. There are few jobs that provide such satisfaction. The work we do is a great responsibility. But with great responsibility comes great reward.

Cons

Life is what we make it. Beacon Mobility allows the opportunity to enjoy a positive and fulfilling career. There are few, if any, cons to such an organization. We may not be perfect, but we are one of the greatest transportation organizations in the country. I would go so far as to say WE ARE THE BEST!
