      From day one, I've felt like a valued team member, and the focus on people shines through in everything we do. The leadership team's commitment to creating a positive work environment is remarkable.

      Pay was good, Great mechanics at the Burnsville location

      Cons

      Values were all lip service with no practical application. Lots of words about safety, but did not do anything to protect drivers from violent students on the bus. Company did not have a clue how to manage a contract with the school district. Only wanted to hire people who could barely speak English and Took advantage of these people by placing them in dangerous situations.
