They hire anyone , decent benefits, wages are alright , school vacations are great

Cons

Lack of accountability and management when it come down to responsibility and presenting themselves at work . A lot of patronizing within the office and dispatch , lack of consistent repairs on 7D vans and school buses , unneeded workplace stress . HR , supervisors lack empathy and understanding when presented workplace issues . Lack of moral with fellow employees . Company is too large and lacks overhead management .
