Interactions with the residents. Learning about mental disabilities.

Cons

24 hour shifts, unreliable staff. Understaffed. Too much gossip. Management related to other workers causes major conflicts. Absolutely no structure. No order, chaotic. Not offering their residents any opportunities. Not following their "ICARE" core values. The residents never come first. Neither do the staff.
