The people of my immediate surroundings, working to hold things together, are amazing.

Cons

The people that oversee the whole operation, HR namely, and the Executive heads, will not see you; they will poke you and call you the problem. - raises do not exist - reviews will be biased - there is no direct observation of your work, it is all remote, even though you physically need to show up to the office. - write-ups will happen for crazy reasons, and it will happen often. - rarely is there a promotion
