Pros

- My manager was super cool & always trying to help - One time I got paid $20 to give blood in the parking lot - Got to do lots of other tasks that weren't in my job description (not always a good thing)

Cons

- This place is the most creatively and mentally draining place I have ever worked - You are stuck in a little cubicle all day and get looked at funny when you talk to coworkers and others around you - There is no company culture and they don't care about COVID what-so-ever

Pros

-They hire incredible people. I made deep connections and genuine friendships. -Opportunity to work at a retail headquarters (hard to come by in Bradenton, FL). -You won't ever just be working on one thing. There are so many parts of an MA's job, they don't tell you in the interview.

Cons

-A lot of data entry -Pay was awful -High turnover at all levels -Favoritism as far as who was promoted and when (regardless of experience). -Upper management is a bit of a boys club.
