Pay is almost comically low, so don't plan on being able to support yourself unless you don't have any bills. Advancement/career growth is limited. Like non-existent unless you live/want to move to FL. With limited stores in most states you have to wait, while being severely underpaid, for a store manager to die/get fired/quit so a store mgt position opens. Even then your 'raise' won't allow you to be self supporting, but you may be able to get away with just 1 roommate instead of 4?
