      The pay for hourly staff was very low making a high turnover but mid-level supervisors was decent-ish,

      - the company made changes and all managers and supervisors genuinely talked down about the company, making it concerning right of the bat. -the store I was at was ran by someone who had been with company for years but was checked out and allowed for her hourly supervisors to run her store, The amount of drama and unnecessary friction was 100 percent due to there being such checked out upper management.
