      Managers need training on leadership skills

      Pros

      Everyone under the management has great teamwork. Mostly all of the sales associates and some of the supervisors actually know how to treat people.

      Cons

      Manager has no idea how to talk to people or treat them. When you go to corporate or someone nothing is ever done to her so there is no point in going. You don't get any training. They never say good job for anything, she just wants to holler at you when you don't do something right. And if she tells you to do something one way and then the district manageer comes down and says something about it not being right, She acts like she didn't tell you to do anything and its all your fault that it is wrong.
