Pros

20% discount at stores.

Cons

Very poor compensation and raises were pitiful even in a year when coprporate tax rates were slashed! Benefits are less than competitive and the 401K match is an insult. If you want to keep your job, it is more critical to be liked by leadership than valued for your expertise and contribution. Leadership pays lip service to the right values, but does not live by them. Culture is cut throat, and toxic.
