Pros

My supervisor ( a woman) was the nicest person in there, also the co-workers in the office.

Cons

The other co-workers on the floor, they were people belittling other employees (Black and Hispanics), forgetting that they were only "White Trash". They over worked Black employees and a White Trash clique did not and do not help Black employees...outrageously true....also Black employees were treated as second class citizen by management and all in a mostly Black city....the nerve!!!!

-You know when the big sales are happening. -20% on anything and everything. -You can change schedule based on availability

Cons

- Lack of staff during busy days. - Lazy staff/ people not doing their job. - On you feet all day on a hard floor. - Sometimes you don't get a 15 min break. - A lot of hours one week, none the next. - Low pay
