People are usually nice. And the assistant manager is super nice

Cons

The manager is stuck up and rude and thinks she knows better then you and is NOT nice at all will hurt your feelings and make you look stupid just to bring herself up and one of the supervisors is just not friendly at all and will throw you under the bus if it means she won’t get in trouble And the pay is TERRIBLE $11 an hour? It’s not enough for what you would have to deal with because of management

You get a discount if you make enough to shop there.

Cons

Little Pay, no hours, You make no money to pay anything. No health insurance, no way to move up in the company, a job for a highschool student, or someone living on the government . All Employees look sloppy on job. Management is disorganized, plays favorites, Management given to people who have never managed before. Store reflects all the above.

Cons

*The management lacks organization. Adding a customer service coordinator and a custodian to the employee roster would help. *New employee training lacks clear direction and systematic sharing of policy and procedure. There appears to be no method or plan for orientation. *The base salary is low among retail businesses.
