Pay is decent, most people are competent
Cons
Manager has no people or leadership skills. During the daily turnover all that's talked about is the farm, animals, family etc... very little in the way of a proper turnover. One mechanic was told that he wasn't worth the money they pay him on the production floor...that should tell you all you need to know. Advice or suggestions fall on deaf ears. Knee jerk reactions and very little planning on projects. Building AC rarely works properly, changing schedules at last moment. Dirty , dusty and Archaic. There are some really good mechanics there that used to care, but not so much anymore. In my opinion they are too talented to work there.
