Pros

Can be fun some days to work here. I have enjoyed some of the people I work with on a day to day basis. Great hands on training.

Cons

Too high of a turn over rate for techs. I have seen many people come and go in my one year of being here.

Pros

There isn't any pros for this Company. I wish I could come up with just one but really can't . Just maybe that little extra discount employees get at Christmas and back to school without so many stipulations on their purchases.

Cons

This is the way they do business if you started with them approximately about 15 to 22 years ago you are part of that good Ole boy group it's who you know way up the chain that means regional managers, vice-president's of different division or director of loss provention oh and yes regional loss provention. This list continues and god forbid you are a store manager and you worked 50+ hours a week for them or you drive your personal vehicle all around the United states opening new stores and never say no to their physical workload and you are 45 to 55 years old and work circle around 20 something year Olds because you are going to be used up and they are going to bring in these managers from other companies and pay them approximately 10 to 15 thousand more than the store managers that worked their way up for years taking just absolute abuse from higher ups or they are afraid they will loose their job. They will send these new managers from other companies to corporate for training for weeks the managers that worked their way up are never sent to corporate for trainung. OH YEAH, LET'S NOT FORGET THE CHOICES FOR ACE MANAGERS IT IS THE SAME MANAGERS THAT ARE CHOSEN EVERY YEAR BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSE TO THEIR DISTRICT MANAGERS or REGIONALS OR THEY SCREW THEIR EMPLOYEES SO HORRIBLE THEY AWARDED AS ACE MANAGERS WITH ALL THESE PERTS. THIS COMPANY WILL CHANGE THEIR POLICY AND PROCEDURES TO SUIT ANY SITUATION WHEN THEY WANT A MANAGER OUT AND GET BY WITH IT.
