Pros

Bealls was a great company to work for but upper management, wasn't good leaders they showed a lot of favoritism to managers that had been around for along time.

Cons

With bad habits from long time DM, and managers ,I don't think there will be any new talent wanting to come aboard that company.

Pros

It's nice that it's a small store so you get to know the customers. Good employee discounts.

Cons

My manager would only give out 12 hours a week. She was not flexible. She would say rude things and treat some employees like dogs. The pay is not that great.

Pros

Most employes are wonderful. Also, you'll meet many customers from various backgrounds. Treat them with respect and they will, too.

Cons

Management. Employees are just going to work and leaving because of the lack of understanding with upper management. Oh, and if you're part-time, don't expect to receive benefits. (and if you don't have proper footwear, your feet will develop problems)
