Pay isn't that great, scheduled hours to work is bare minimum, expectations are sometimes too much, managers get hired from within the store (which I don't believe in due to a possibility of having favorites which was the case in the store I worked in), higher management doesn't listen to lower level employees and doesn't try to resolve complaints. No chance in advancing if manager doesn't like you (no matter how long you've been there and no matter on your availability and job performance).
