You get this live in sunny Florida!

Cons

We are underpaid and understaffed compared to the market. The cost of living in Florida is no longer less than our competitors areas. The work from home option is also not flexible. This company prides itself on being a family based culture but I am not feeling the love.

Never enough coverage on the sales floor or stockroom. Company is very greedy. Everyone’s expected to wear way too many hats…Workers are overworked for the pay they receive!

Bealls technology is archaic and the leadership is unorganized. Training is nonexistent, you just sort of figure it out as you go. If you’re a middle aged white male, you’ll be promoted.
