      Pros

      There is a good balance between work & home at Stage/Bealls. I never have a problem with asking for time off/leaving early.

      Cons

      Some days are slow/nothing to do but clean up. Other days are so busy you think you will need an army to finish everthing. Freqent changes. Constantly offering customer incintives.

      Pros

      I have some pretty awesome co-workers and supervisors. There is a 20% discount that can be used on clearance, and there is a 40% discount for work related shirts.

      Cons

      I was told we would get no less than 25 hours/week, I get on average 8 hours and I'm one of the better reviewed employees. Boss texts at 11PM to cancel the next morning shift and is constantly canceling shifts. The company has very few hours to distribute to too many employees.
