Pros

Discount, Benefits, Work Environment, Extra pay for getting people to open a store card. The earliest I ever have to be at work is 9am, and the latest I ever have to be at work is 9pm. Its an awesome work schedule. 1hr lunch breaks.

Cons

There aren't very many cons. Like most retail environments you have to push credit card sales, you find what works best for you.

Pros

Coworkers were mostly nice and all just trying to make a living and achieve full time hours.

Cons

Management was ridiculously rude to employees and didn't care about them one bit. Customers were very unhygienic and dirty.

Pros

Freelance pay - variation in work/tasks - good experience. Great people to work with in Advertising.

Cons

Departmental re-shifts without any clear direction or plan. Board members are cheap and prevent positive growth. Kind of stuck with an aging demographic though attempts to push to a younger demographic are in order - however there is no clear direction on how to achieve such.
