Pros

management is great; friendly people; customers are great to work with

Cons

too much gossip & cliques formed amongst associates; expect you to work hideous amount of hours during holidays and not enough during the rest of the year; starting pay is minimum wage; management expect you do things perfectly and quickly; they emphasize the obtainment of credit apps -- the more credit apps you have, the more likely you will end up staying; not too much upward mobility from associate to management; dress code is supposed to be very professional attire but not all managers enforce the dress code

Pros

nice customers, quiet nice work environment, co-workers are nice as well. Not a stressful job except for holidays and big sales.

Cons

selling credit cards to everyone, returns are sometimes messed up, the pay is pretty bad for the work. they care more about credit than the people/their needs/wants
