Some of the co-works and managers are alright. The discount is ok.

You could be there for 15 years and no promotion.

Low pay and they expect you to get 60+ hours worth of work into a part time job.

Pros

Great staff and manager, loved the atmosphere. But upper management does not recognize superior employees.

Cons

Can not keep managers with district managers and regional managers changing store every other week and no hours to do it. Very indecisive district managers, constantly changing store, then changing mind and changing again. Supervisors are overworked and underpaid, they carry majority of operations at stores with little recognition or pay.
