Pros

you get two weeks vacation afer you been their 6 months and also get 20 percent discount on their merchadise. after 2 to 3 mons you get their health insurance.

Cons

being a supervisor is alot of hard work ,you basically do everything from freight to open and close the store, bookeeping,customer service, sell magazines, new accounts, deposit money to the bank,inventory, reports, make shedules etc. the list goes on. for all the work you do the pay is not good.We should be making more.

Pay could be more competetive for executives,Stores and Customers could benefit by having more Management through the Middle (Busy) time of the day,Every Day....or utilize a 'Keyholder/Intern/Specialist program that could assist Management at Peak business times
