      They change just to change and have poor planning in marketing that mess up the whole chain and are wasteful

      Pros

      You get a paycheck and benefits and have a job

      Cons

      initiatives change to frequently; you make as much or less than hourly associates when you work 60 hours a week or more which is all year, they under staff in all areas (because of budget) communication about merchandising and operations is spotty at best; emails are only answered by regionals when it is convenient; action is not taken until a figurative fire needs to be put out

      Pros

      The company has great benefits for its employees, excellent perks for their associates. Small stores so employees become very close friends and team.

      Cons

      No communication from management, poor hours, no rotation of weekends, lots of fraudulent activities with upper level management that is always "having a turned shoulder on", hourly associates pay is absurd.

      Higher Insurance, No Raises, Annual Party Still Planned this Year...

      Pros

      If you have a good DM & run a clean, profitable store, your job is pretty much secure..

      Cons

      Higher insurance rates..NO Raises this year, but they still are having their Annual Party, which includes bringing in employees from Florida to California, putting them up overnight, paying their transportation & renting a hall for an awards dinner!!! If they CUT OUT this expense, they could give pay raises to their hard working employees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
