Pros

It's a paycheck at bare minimum. At least the glassdoor reviews are pretty accurate.

Cons

Bad compensation, blatant favoritism, management lacks integrity and takes no accountability, no product roadmap, some unprofessional and unethical coworkers that will sabotage you even if you are helping them, unfair perfs, no culture, extremely high turnover.

Being a paycheck, but not even a good one at that. Dispelled any of my fears that robots will be taking over (or at least any of them with the label bear robotics)

Cons

Zero to no team work unless it's forced. Clique-ish They ask for input but ignore the most pertinent responses. Bad attitudes from top down. A "take the money and run" mentality from the leadership, they do not care about the employees here. You are just a pawn in the game. Bad product creates bad image with clients and you get to be stuck in the middle juggling more jobs than the one you're already underpaid to do. Defeatist attitudes. Negativity all around. The negative reviews are 100% accurate about this horrible place to work. Avoid it like the bad lemon it is! Their are much much better options available.

Pros

Offices in different places including silicon valley and it's good enough to show off to investors. Free lunch and dinner. Kind, friendly, junior colleagues and few great senior people. Less office politics in the US offices. Really great product!

Cons

Check more in the advice section below. The worst part is the inexperienced leadership. The others are: high bar but comparably low compensation, too much Korean culture, disorganized teams, C-level people have strong favoritism.
