Little structured training , several members of management do not have a grasp on what is going on at various locations.

No PTO, Come and go as you please, as long as you write new business. Paid health insurance

Cons

commission goal has increased 50% over the past two years. to much service work, have to write two articles a year, attend weekly Huddle Call for large commercial, even if you are to write personal insurance.
