Fair. Genuinely want employees to succeed. Promote from inside as much as possible. Expects a lot from employees, but provides the tools and resources needed to succeed. Good pay. Great benefits. Corporate culture is fun. It is up to each person how well they get plugged in.

Cons

As progressive of an insurance agency as one could hope for, but still a bit of a slow mover.
