Remote work - UTO - Snacks onsite - On-site gym - Company paid food truck - Lots of free alcohol to keep everyone docile.
Cons
Low pay - they will terminate for negotiating pay. Not enough lines in the sand regarding roles and responsibility - the top is toxic snake head - lots of nepotism, favoritism politics and strategic hires for otherwise lackluster hires - people are either dating each other/married, there are entire family trees working here that are back scratching each other to get ahead. - Did I mention lots of free alcohol?

Pros
Great benefit package to include health care and retirement. Fully remote if desired. Very much the honor system of work so no one is constantly breathing down your neck.
Cons
Pay is not competitive and is hard to negotiate. Management has poor communication and it is hard to get a hold of them to talk about anything.

Pros
Beast Code just updated the employee benefits package. They shifted us to unlimited PTO, gave us an annual money and hours stipend for professional development, added maternity and paternity leave, and published transparent pay ranges for every job description. Everyone can see their earning potential based on years of experience and how they can grow at the company. This is a major change from years ago and answers every CON previously written about pay and benefits.
Cons
No company is perfect. The only CON at Beast Code is the large amount of government customers which take forever to fund projects. A lot of the changes in team positions is due to waiting for the government to pay for the products they want to create.

Pros
Beast Code has incredible opportunities for promotion, good pay for the area, is generally friendly to employees, works with cool technology, is active in the community, and features great benefits. Has an awesome culture that is generally interactive.
Cons
Promotion is based on time in the industry, management decisions can spring up on short notice, especially in regards to expansion, and there is a tendency to feel disconnected from the master plan due to some aspects of siloification, at least until quarterly fix-ups. Also pay for engineers is pretty low for industry with no stock options or alternative forms of compensation.
