      Great access to resources and marketing tools.

      Cons

      Massive turn over in Marketing. You’re a robot, if you don’t do you work according to Kathi or your directors “way” you are always wrong. You work in fear constantly. On an upside you have great medical coverage – you will need it for the all the panic attacks you will get. A company of bullies.

      Stable employment as long as you did your job, but no room for advancement

      Cons

      No career path. Upper management would listen to and trust a contractor over a seasoned employee. Most under staffed department in the company for the workload. . No career path at all. If you weren't a member of the cool kids club you wouldn't get listen to to by upper management at.all.
