Pros
One of the best, most consistent things about Beazer is that through and through, no matter who you ask, they will say the people are the ones that drive the company forward. Everyone that works here has a high level of care and motivation to genuinely come to work and make a difference in some way - whether it is through the culture, the work they are tasked with, or giving back to their community with Beazer. The people care - both about the job and the people that they are surrounded with. There is never a moment where you feel like a number or just clocking in and clocking out, there is genuinely such an intense drive to know those around you on a level beyond the job. It makes every day positive, even in times where they could lean negative.
